    BIPOC and low income communities are most affected by environmental degradation in Minneapolis. They are plagued by more air pollution from factories and our trash burning site. Luckily the trash incinerator is being shut down. There is also a neighborhood fighting for an urban farm to replace abandoned warehouses to bring positive environmental practices to their neighborhood.

    Moving my body each day improves my sleep at night and makes me feel better and more energized. I enjoy a long walk outside or doing pilates.
