REFLECTION QUESTIONCultivating Communities Collect Litter on a Plog / PlalkWhat was your experience like plogging, or engaging in another way to collect litter while being outside? Was there any item you collected that was unusual that you found?
Ann Snow 10/22/2022 4:35 PMThe community in which I work tries very hard to keep the streets and sidewalks clean, but due to a high homeless population there is always some trash. I take disposable gloves with me, and have found things like hypodermic needles. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNourishing Food Listen to a Food PodcastWhat podcast did you choose and what did you learn on the podcast you listened to?
Ann Snow 10/17/2022 8:23 AMI listened to Bright Line Eating and learned about the science behind food addiction. This reinforces the info I've learned through the Food Revolution Network about how quality of food impacts our health, our mood, our energy, our immune systems, our environments, and global sustainability. Everything is connected. -
