    Balancing consumption is in fact not that easy as I have to think deep whether this is the need or a want. Nonetheless, with the challenging macroeconomic situation at the moment, this has to be my biggest goal to really prioritize the need vs want, and consider the impact with my decision.

    this first day of the challenge i made weekly meal planning with only 2-3 meals a day to keep zero-waste meals after dinner. I still try to fulfill 20 mins goal of my daily actions to step out from my home office to get some fresh air outside. Go go go!!
