    City of Southfield held a walk for domestic violence today. A friend and I participated together. Our chief of police is always actively involved in our community. 100's of people came out to support this worthy cause. We all would like to see this scourge removed from our communities.

    Meat is much more expensive than plant-based proteins (lentils, soy, beans, etc). It takes a lot of resources to produce meat - in the US, most of the soy grown domestically goes towards livestock feed. Meat production is also incredibly water intensive.
