October 31 at 8:03 AMI made a commitment to adjust my home thermostat each day. This has been great because the whole family is doing this now. We've been opening up windows instead of using the AC on nice days. This has definitely been a great experience, and the daily check-ins have kept me on track!!!

October 31 at 7:34 AMWe don't have curbside bins, and pickup services in my area don't all offer recycling services. Trash dropoff centers have some recycling options, but they aren't consistent across all locations.

October 31 at 7:30 AMI like the "good" soreness after. I don't have a lot of time, so yoga is my typical go-to.

October 31 at 7:29 AMNot so much addicted, but I have random moods with ADHD that has me fixate on certain tastes/textures at times. For example, if I crave carbonation, I'm okay with sparkling water instead of sodas. The hardest one for me to eliminate is sugar in my tea or coffee. I've reduced it, but eliminating altogether is going to be rough.

I've repurposed old "dish rags", and have stopped using paper towels, which has led to a more environmentally friendly home!

October 28 at 7:58 AMReplacing shower heads with ones that use less water. When the water heater goes out, I'll be trying to replace it with a tankless water heater. We don't run the washing machine if we don't yet have a full load.

October 28 at 7:56 AMI typically do all of my own repair work if I can, repairing electrical issues in my house, replacing parts on my car, fixing the neighborhood kids' bikes, sewing tears in clothes, etc.
