This morning, I proactively connected with a colleague who voiced yesterday they were behind in their work after attending the all-day retreat to see how I can assist them. They were indirectly saying, I need help, and they gracefully accepted my offer. Made my day and hopefully theirs as well. :-)

I don't know about it being a "religious ritual" but I sure do enjoy the sunrise and sunset!

Often we have so much going on in our lives that we forget to see others. By including gratitude daily for both the big and little things, you remove the focus on yourself and you see others around you. For me, it makes me feel well mentally.
