October 17 at 6:33 AMI have a fairly large garden and plan most of my summer meals around what is available. I will have sliced cucumbers for lunch and will have leftovers for dinner which have various veggies from my garden.

October 11 at 5:23 AMMake sure I bring shipping boxes to local food banks to help in their distribution efforts. Using boxes for the food distribution, especially cardboard, is more sustainable and less damage to the environment than plastic bags. Including the so called recycled bags.
