    Today I paid $6 and opted out of Junk Mail by visiting dmachoice.org to register for the service and reduce unwanted mail from companies you don't have a relationship with.

    Once in Connecticut, USA, I found that Walmart did not have bags due to a restriction from local government. I just had to carry the items by hand. Many other with more, used the shopping carts to carry to their cars.

    Been researching more on microplastics and health risks. Heart health seems to be one that is prevalent.
