I think the impact on a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens is most detrimental to mental wellbeing.  That behavior promotes isolation.  It erodes the sense of community too.  Research shows us that communities that are outdoors, move throughout the day and embrace community have low rates of depression, etc. and notable...

One of my one time actions has been learning about the food supply chain.  Its actually been very interesting and learned about renewable fertilizer.  Still learning...

I'm grateful that the Ecochallenge helped turn my thinking about supporting my local food pantry to ACTUALLY taking action to do so!  

Some basic meal planning and prep over the weekend will set me up for success this week!  I have meatless meals prepped and ready to go.

Striving for work-life balance allows a more thoughtful approach to sustainability, and in turn the choices that I make.
