    Since doing my eco challenge, I have been drinking some decaffeinated tea before bed to relax. For those who have trouble sleeping, it does help a lot!

    pollinators facilitate a healthy garden and increase production.  I like mason bees, neat little tubular homes and don't mess with people

    What is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?

    I will reduce the amount of time that I let the shower warm up before jumping in.  We save water by limiting the amount we prerinse our dishes before putting them in the dishwasher.
