October 21 at 8:28 AMI would like to plant more trees and save up to buy an electric car. One thing I do practice is eating vegan meals, not all my meals are vegan but I have a least one vegan meal a day.

October 17 at 8:18 AMI recently made vegan empanadas for a potluck :) . I also love pasta and enjoy making vegan gnocchi. Pasta 4 russet potatoes 3 tablespoons of olive oil (instead of egg) 1.5 cups of water Salt and pepper to taste Pan fry gnocci with vegan butter, 1 shallot, italian seasonings, sage & pecans.

October 14 at 8:12 AMWe might feel less connected to nature if we don't ever enjoy the outdoors and less inclined to notice how important it is to protect not only the environment but the wildlife that live in it.

October 14 at 8:09 AMI'm realizing how much more waste goes to the landfills if we don't compost. I live in Vancouver WA and we have a great program where they collect the yard debris and food scraps and take them to West Vancouver Materials Recovery Facility where it is reloaded and trucked to Dirt Hugger, a commercial composting facility.
