We just purchased my 11 month old son a slightly used Patagonia winter jacket from Facebook marketplace as someone in town had it for sale. It was probably 1/5 of the price, was practically new, and we didn't have to worry about him growing out of it...

October 6 at 2:26 PMI listened to the BBC Earth Podcast. It was titled the desert rocks that "sing". It was about these really big boulders in the desert that have alot of hollows that "sing" when you beat it with a stick. These rocks were around for many many years.

October 6 at 2:04 PMThere are so many homeless/ hungry people out there. Being able to provide a nutritious meal (something that is fundamental to our survival) to someone less fortunate (especially children) makes me feel good.

October 5 at 1:48 PMWow there are so many... when we are inside our vitamin D levels are potentially very low unless we are supplementing. Also the chances increase for someone to be overweight or obese since they wouldn't be moving around as much. It also leads to the body learning to be stagnant and increases the body being lazy and/or achy when moving around....
